Fundraising is central to being faithful to our core values as we live our mission.

Investing annual donations ensures a robust community life.
Anniversary celebrations recognize the length of time a core member has lived in community or of an assistant’s journey.
Monthly community nights, prayer nights, summer vacations and retreats, bring core members, assistants, and others together to socialize, learn and celebrate the gifts of one another.
These events ensure we are a community and a place of belonging where stories of transformation set us apart.
Friends and family members, volunteers and donors join in and are an essential part of a flourishing community life.

L’Arche Ottawa meet people’s needs and remain committed to investing in and growing our service offerings while working to ensure long-term sustainability.
Us remain faithful to our 50+ year history of creating a community based on a mission that brings those with and without disabilities together sharing life in mutually caring relationships (we want our mission and vision to remain at the forefront of all that we do).
Families who share similar concerns of a loved one with intellectual disabilities, experiencing isolation, with no place to go or to contribute, no sense of independence or community of belonging.
